Packaging
All jewellery items are packaged in Kraft or black card presentation boxes or cotton gift bags. Small pictures will be packaged securely in bubble wrap and cardboard to ensure their safe arrival with you. I try to limit my environmental impact by using recycled or repurposed bubble-wrap, envelopes, jiffy bags etc. for the outer packaging where possible. Often local friends and businesses kindly save these up for me :-)
My makers card is included with each item.
Despatch and Delivery - UK
After your order is placed I will endeavour to despatch items on the next working day where possible, during busier times despatch may take 2 to 3 days. Most items are posted by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail First Class Signed For and Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day although please allow extra time due to possible strike action. Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. For jewellery and small framed works the P & P cost will be £2.50 for the first item, add similar/small items at no extra cost. For small boulders and small sculptural items the P & P cost will be £5, add similar/smaller items at no extra cost. For other items the P & P details can be found in the individual product's listing. Delivery outside of UK
